The 4 Phases of the Program

Phase 1

PREPARATORY PHASE
In the short preparatory phase, your laboratory values will determine the direction of your individual plan. At the same time, your body is being prepared carefully to create a simple, problem free and nourishing conversion

Phase 2

STRICT CONVERSION PHASE
During the strict conversion phase of at least two weeks your body places itself on the new healthy nourishing way over. They pay attention to the resulting changes of your weight and well-being.


Phase 3

LIGHTEN-UP CONVERSION PHASE
In the following lighten-up conversion phase you are able to test new foods carefully.
These foods should be personally nourishing, will optimally fit your well being and help you with the changes that take place with your weight


Phase 4


PRESERVATION PHASE
The preservation phase is unlimited and begins, as soon as you have reached your new weight. Your security, your success has been obtained by your new knowledge of the basic rules of nutrition and movement
